The basic awareness of health issues has improved to a great extent in India. However, when compared to other countries across the globe, it is still lagging behind. Only a few fortunate individuals in India possess insurance plan. Some don’t think it is very important, some feel it is a luxury and other are rich enough to afford the sky rocketing costs of medical care facilities, advanced surgeries, treatments, medications, tests, etc. For those who don’t buy health care insurance, borrowing from relatives, acquaintances and friends remains the only way to avail costly health treatments. When denied, they have to lose all hopes of getting treated. Now the question is why should one compromise when there is a way to avail world class quality health treatments without having to spend a fortune? Just buy a health care insurance plan and stay away from all the stress.
